Refunds - The City does not issue refunds on credit card sales.  Overpayments are typically applied on the following month’s utility bill.  In the event a payment was charged to your credit card without your permission, we will honor your request to cancel the original transaction and refund your payment as long as the request is made within 30 days of the original transaction.
